He works with customers to guide them through the process of implementing ServiceNow applications from acting pre-sales through go-live, ensuring customers achieve maximum value and efficiency from their implementations. Tommy has an in-depth experience in many areas of the ServiceNow platform running both the process and technical sides of projects.
