    Responsibilities

    • Act as the technical and functional expert for ServiceNow SPM, with a focus on Project Portfolio, Demand and Catalog Management.

    • Review current configurations and recommend improvements aligned with best practices.

    • Configure workflows, forms, dashboards and reports to optimize portfolio and project tracking.

    • Support the PMO and business stakeholders in translating requirements into ServiceNow solutions.

    • Provide knowledge transfer and guidance to internal teams for sustainability post-engagement.

    • Deliver progress updates, documentation and recommendations during the engagement period.



    Skillset

    • French fluency is essential.

  • ServiceNow ATF Consultant (Freelance)

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing and optimising automated test scripts to improve platform stability, reduce regression risks and support release cycles.


    Responsibilities

    • Design, develop and maintain automated test cases using ServiceNow ATF.
    • Review existing manual test scripts and convert them into automated tests where possible.
    • Collaborate with developers, business analysts and platform owners to ensure test coverage across key modules.
    • Run test cycles, analyse results and provide detailed feedback on defects and issues.
    • Support release management activities by providing regression test packs and automation coverage reports.

  • Our client, a global tech organization, are hiring a Senior or Principal ServiceNow Technical Consultant with deep expertise in Service Portfolio Management (SPM) and Enterprise Agile Planning (EAP) to join the team on a contract basis. The successful candidate will play a critical role in designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions that enable enterprise-level portfolio management, demand management and agile delivery practices.


    Responsibilities

    • Lead the technical design, configuration and customization of ServiceNow SPM and EAP modules to meet enterprise portfolio and agile program management requirements.
    • Partner with business leaders, product owners and technical teams to translate business needs into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
    • Provide subject matter expertise in Enterprise Agile Planning frameworks (e.g. SAFe, LeSS or Disciplined Agile) and configure ServiceNow accordingly.
