  • ServiceNow CMDB Architect
    Location: Remote (Canada)
    Duration: 6-Month Contract (Potential Extension)



    Our client, an established IT services company, is hiring a ServiceNow CMDB Architect to join their team remotely on an initial six-month contract. The successful candidate will lead the design, architecture and governance of a complex enterprise ServiceNow environment, while also developing scalable cross-platform solutions and ensuring seamless integration with wider enterprise systems.


    Responsibilities
    • Define and maintain the ServiceNow platform architecture, technical strategy and long-term roadmap.
    • Design scalable, secure and sustainable ServiceNow solutions that align with business goals and operational requirements.
    • Drive architectural decisions across ServiceNow modules, integrations and enterprise technology ecosystems.
    • Partner with business stakeholders, technical teams and senior leadership to translate business needs into effective architectural solutions.
    • Provide technical governance and leadership across platform development, integrations, enhancements and upgrades.
    • Establish and promote best practices for platform configuration, development, security, performance and lifecycle management.
    • Review solution designs, configurations and code to ensure compliance with architectural standards and quality guidelines.
    • Architect and oversee integrations with enterprise applications, cloud services, identity platforms and third-party systems.
    • Support ServiceNow transformation, platform optimization and continuous improvement initiatives.
    • Mentor ServiceNow developers and technical consultants, promoting architectural excellence and best practices.


    Skillset
    • Minimum of 8 years of ServiceNow platform experience, including at least 3 years in a ServiceNow Architecture role.
    • Minimum of two active ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications required.
    • Proven experience designing and architecting large-scale enterprise ServiceNow implementations.
    • Strong expertise across multiple ServiceNow modules, platform capabilities and enterprise workflows.
    • Extensive experience with CMDB architecture, ServiceNow data models and configuration management best practices.
    • Hands-on experience designing ServiceNow integrations using IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server and enterprise integration patterns.
    • Experience architecting cross-platform solutions integrating ServiceNow with cloud platforms, infrastructure, ERP, HR and identity management systems.
    • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow development practices, including JavaScript, Flow Designer, scripting and platform configuration.
    • Experience leading technical architecture workshops, establishing platform governance and driving ServiceNow best practices.
    • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience working across technical teams, business users and senior leadership.
  • ServiceNow SIR Architect (Security Incident Response)
    Contract: Initial 2-month contract (strong likelihood of extension)
    Start Date: August
    Location: Fully Remote



    Our client, a leading telecommunications organization, is hiring an experienced ServiceNow Security Incident Response (SIR) Architect to join their team on a initial 2-month engagement, with a strong possibility of extension. The successful candidate will lead the architecture and design of the ServiceNow SIR solution, working closely with security stakeholders, technical teams, and business leaders to deliver a scalable, best-practice implementation. This is a fully remote role within an international project environment.


    Responsibilities
    • Lead the architecture and overall solution design for the ServiceNow Security Incident Response (SIR) implementation.
    • Engage with security, infrastructure and business stakeholders to gather and validate requirements.
    • Design scalable, secure and maintainable ServiceNow solutions aligned with platform best practices.
    • Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
    • Define integration strategies with security tools such as SIEM, vulnerability management and threat intelligence platforms.
    • Review and oversee solution configuration and development to ensure architectural standards are maintained.
    • Support workshops, solution documentation and technical design sessions.
    • Identify risks, dependencies and opportunities for process improvement.
    • Collaborate with project managers, developers and customer teams to ensure successful delivery.


    Skillset
    • Extensive experience as a ServiceNow Architect delivering enterprise-scale implementations.
    • Proven expertise implementing Security Incident Response (SIR) within the ServiceNow platform.
    • Strong understanding of the ServiceNow Security Operations (SecOps) suite.
    • Experience designing complex integrations with third-party security technologies.
    • Excellent knowledge of ServiceNow architecture, data model, CMDB, workflows, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub and platform best practices.
    • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA), ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) and/or ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - Security Incident Response or Security Operations is a plus.
    • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
    • Experience working in enterprise or telecommunications environments is highly desirable.
    • Ability to work independently in a remote delivery team.

  • ServiceNow HRSD Developer
    Location: Remote (Canada)
    Employment Type: Long Term Contract 


    Our client, a growing Business Consulting firm, are hiring a ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) Developer to join their digital transformation team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, configuring, and customizing ServiceNow HRSD solutions that enhance the employee experience and streamline HR processes.


    Responsibilities

    • Design, develop and implement ServiceNow HRSD modules and applications, including Case and Knowledge Management, Employee Center, Lifecycle Events and related HR integrations.

    • Customize and configure the ServiceNow platform using best practices in scripting (client scripts, UI policies, business rules, flow designer etc.)

    • Collaborate with HR and IT stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.

    • Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and third-party HR systems (e.g. Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, etc.)

    • Ensure adherence to ServiceNow development standards, security policies and governance processes.

    • Conduct unit testing, UAT support and deploy solutions through established SDLC processes.

    • Troubleshoot issues, optimize performance and provide ongoing support for ServiceNow HRSD applications.

    • Stay current with ServiceNow platform releases and HRSD-related innovations to recommend improvements and enhancements.



    Skillset

    • At least 3 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer, with a minimum of 2 years in HR Service Delivery (HRSD).

    • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture, scripting and configuration.

    • Hands-on experience with HRSD modules such as Case Management, Employee Center and Lifecycle Events.

    • Experience developing integrations via REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server and IntegrationHub.

    • Proficiency with JavaScript, HTML and AngularJS (or similar front-end technologies).

    • Solid understanding of HR processes and data structures.

    • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g. Jira, Azure DevOps).

    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a remote, distributed team.

    • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - HRSD is a bonus.
