Our client, a growing Digital Transformation consulting firm, are hiring a ServiceNow SecOps Architect to join the team in Munich, Germany on a part-time contract. The successful candidate will work with a major enterprise client on a high-profile transformation initiative centred on SecOps and GRC capabilities.
Responsibilities-
Lead the architecture and design of ServiceNow SecOps and GRC solutions.

Define scalable and secure technical architectures aligned to enterprise requirements.

Drive the implementation of Security Incident Response (SIR), Vulnerability Response (VR) and Additional GRC capabilities.

Collaborate with customer stakeholders, technical teams and delivery partners across the full project lifecycle.

Provide architectural guidance on integrations, workflows, data models, and platform best practices.

Support complex infrastructure environments with high levels of interconnectivity and availability.
Skillset-
Demonstrated experience operating as a ServiceNow Architect within enterprise environments.

Strong technical expertise across SecOps, Security Incident Response, Vulnerability Response and GRC.

Proven track record delivering ServiceNow solutions within large-scale, highly connected and complex infrastructure landscapes.

Experience working in "telco-like" environments is highly desirable, particularly across Complex routing and networking environments, Highly interconnected platforms and services, and High-availability data centre infrastructures.

Strong stakeholder engagement, communication and consulting capabilities.

German language skills are a big plus.

Our client, a global technology organization, is hiring an experienced ServiceNow Gen AI Architect to join their team remotely on a contract basis. The successful candidate will play a key role in leading the architecture, design and delivery of AI-enabled solutions across the ServiceNow platform, while helping enterprise organizations adopt emerging Generative AI capabilities to enhance operational efficiency and accelerate business transformation.
Responsibilities-
Lead the end-to-end architecture, design and deployment of Generative AI solutions across the ServiceNow platform.

Design and implement scalable AI-driven workflows across key ServiceNow modules including ITSM, CSM, HRSD and SecOps.

Provide expert guidance to customers on AI governance, security, compliance and risk management frameworks.

Support the development, implementation and ongoing optimization of AI Control Tower initiatives.

Work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams and leadership to identify AI use cases and define transformation roadmaps.

Integrate ServiceNow with external AI platforms, LLM technologies, APIs and wider enterprise systems.

Establish and promote best practices across automation, workflow orchestration, platform scalability and data management.

Provide technical leadership and mentorship across architecture, engineering, development and delivery functions.

Support solution workshops, technical discovery sessions and customer strategy discussions throughout the project lifecycle.

Ensure AI-enabled solutions are aligned with enterprise architecture standards, business objectives and regulatory requirements.
Skillset-
Proven experience working as a ServiceNow Architect, Solution Architect or in a similar senior technical leadership role.

Hands-on expertise with ServiceNow AI capabilities, including Generative AI, intelligent automation and workflow orchestration.

Demonstrated experience designing, architecting and delivering enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions across complex environments.

Strong knowledge of AI governance, cybersecurity, compliance and risk management frameworks.

Experience integrating ServiceNow with third-party platforms, enterprise applications and API-driven environments.

ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA), CIS certifications or other relevant ServiceNow accreditations is a bonus.

Experience working within regulated industries such as financial services, insurance, healthcare or the public sector is a plus.

Exposure to AI Control Tower, Now Assist and emerging agentic AI frameworks within enterprise environments.

Solid understanding of ITSM processes and enterprise workflow design best practices.
