Our client, a leading financial services organization, is hiring a Senior ServiceNow Architect to join their team in Georgia. The successful candidate will define the ServiceNow platform's architecture and roadmap, oversee solution design and ensure delivery aligns with business objectives and enterprise standards.


Responsibilities

• Shape the ServiceNow platform architecture and roadmap to meet evolving business priorities.

• Design solutions across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, ITAM, SAM, GRC and SecOps, incorporating integrations, AI and DevOps capabilities.

• Set architectural standards, design principles and governance processes to ensure consistent implementation.

• Provide technical direction on security, data integrity, scalability, resilience and platform upgrades.

• Collaborate with architects, platform owners and product teams to connect ServiceNow with the wider enterprise ecosystem.

• Assess and oversee the integration of agentic AI and generative AI tools.

• Lead the introduction of new ServiceNow functionality and platform releases.

• Create reference architectures, reusable frameworks and templates to streamline solution delivery.

• Contribute to infrastructure architecture across cloud and on-premises environments.

• Coach ServiceNow engineers and promote shared architectural knowledge and practices.

Skillset

• At least 7 years' experience in enterprise or solution architecture, delivering large-scale systems across multiple business and technology domains.

• At least 3 years' experience designing ServiceNow architectures and leading complex implementations across multiple modules.

• Minimum of 3 years' experience with core ServiceNow capabilities, including Service Catalog, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, CMDB, Discovery, Performance Analytics and custom applications.

• Strong knowledge of key ServiceNow modules, particularly ITSM, ITOM, CSM or GRC.

• Experience designing enterprise integrations using REST, SOAP, JDBC or similar technologies.

• Hands-on development skills in JavaScript, ServiceNow scripting and Studio/App Engine.

• At least one year's experience with agentic AI architectures, AI skills development and enterprise applications of generative AI.

• Knowledge of security, compliance and DevOps principles, ideally supported by experience with CI/CD pipelines, GitHub Actions and automated deployments.

• Familiarity with AWS or GCP, cloud-native services, multi-cloud architectures and cloud migration strategies would be an advantage.

• Strong stakeholder communication skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into architectural solutions.

Our client, a growing tech consultancy, are hiring an experienced ServiceNow Developer to join the team in Virginia. The successful candidate will help enhance and maintain a large-scale ServiceNow environment for a federal customer, supporting major platform upgrades and new implementations across a complex, multi-module instance.


Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure and customize ServiceNow applications and core platform capabilities.

• Create workflows, UI policies, business rules, client scripts, catalog items and other platform components.

• Assist with platform upgrades, including testing, issue remediation, troubleshooting and post-upgrade validation.

• Develop and maintain integrations using IntegrationHub, REST, SOAP and other integration technologies.

• Write clean, scalable and maintainable JavaScript in accordance with established development standards.

• Partner with developers, architects and stakeholders to convert business requirements into effective technical solutions.

• Deliver solutions that comply with federal security, governance and regulatory requirements.

• Investigate and resolve application defects, performance issues and production support requests.

• Contribute to code reviews, technical documentation, knowledge sharing and continuous platform improvement.

Skillset

• Active Top Secret security clearance is essential.

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.

• CompTIA Security+ or ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification would be a bonus.

• Hands-on experience developing and configuring ServiceNow applications in a production environment.

• Strong experience working with large-scale, complex ServiceNow instances.

• Proficiency in JavaScript, ServiceNow scripting and core platform capabilities.

• Experience with one or more ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, SecOps, CSM or custom applications.

• Strong understanding of ServiceNow development standards, security principles and platform best practices.

• Experience supporting federal government or Department of Defense customers, with knowledge of relevant security, compliance and audit requirements.
