Focusing on the ITOM (IT Operations Management) module, the successful candidate will play a key role in delivering high-impact transformation projects, from helping clients understand their business processes, translating requirements into effective ServiceNow solutions and supporting smooth implementation and adoption.
Responsibilities-
Advise clients and internal teams on industry standards and ServiceNow best practices.

Skillset-

ServiceNow System Administrator Certification. Additional certifications is a bonus.

Ability to clearly explain ServiceNow solutions to non-technical business stakeholders.

Strong knowledge of the ITIL framework. ITL certification is a plus.

Experience working in Agile environments, including story refinement, testing and Scrum practices.

Our client, a leading retail pharmaceutical company in the Netherlands is hiring an experienced Lead Functional Consultant specializing in ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM). The successful candidate will drive the functional design, implementation and enhancement of ServiceNow IRM capabilities to support enterprise-level governance, risk and compliance (GRC) initiatives.
Responsibilities-
Serve as the functional lead for ServiceNow IRM, acting as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.

Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories and solution designs within the ServiceNow IRM framework.

Lead workshops, requirement-gathering sessions and design reviews with risk, compliance, security and IT stakeholders.

Responsibilities- Lead the end-to-end technical implementation of ServiceNow CSM modules and integrations.
- Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Provide technical leadership and best practice guidance to developers and platform administrators.
- Design and implement workflows, service portals, integrations, and automation using Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and related ServiceNow capabilities.
- Ensure alignment with ITIL and enterprise architecture standards.
