ServiceNow Developer (SC Cleared) - Telecoms Client
Contract: 6 Months Initial Contract
Location: UK (Hybrid/Remote)
IR35: Inside IR35
Clearance: Active SC Clearance Required


Our client, a leading UK Telecoms organisation, are hiring a highly skilled ServiceNow Developer to join the London team and work on a critical programme of work. This is an initial 6-month contract with a strong likelihood of extension, offering the opportunity to work on a long-term engagement within a large-scale enterprise environment.


Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and customise ServiceNow applications and modules to meet business requirements.

• Build and maintain high-quality, scalable ServiceNow solutions aligned with platform best practices.

• Develop and support integrations between ServiceNow and external systems using REST and SOAP APIs.

• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.

• Support continuous improvement of ServiceNow processes, workflows, and automation capabilities.

• Ensure all development activities adhere to governance, security, and compliance standards.

Skillset

• Active SC Clearance is essential for this role.

• Strong hands-on ServiceNow development experience within complex enterprise environments.

• Expertise in JavaScript, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Flow Designer, and Integration Hub.

• Experience building and supporting REST/SOAP API integrations.

• Strong knowledge of ITSM processes and ServiceNow platform best practices.

• Ability to design, develop, and troubleshoot scalable ServiceNow solutions with minimal supervision.

• Experience working in Agile delivery teams.

• ServiceNow CSA and/or CAD certifications is a bonus.

• Experience within Telecommunications or large infrastructure environments.

• Exposure to ITOM, CMDB, Discovery or Service Mapping.
