Contract
Our client, a global IT company, are hiring an experienced ServiceNow PSDS Technical Consultant to join their team in Washington D.C. on a 12-month contract. The successful candidate will play a key role in the design, development, integration and implementation of ServiceNow solutions supporting Public Sector Digital Services (PSDS), helping to deliver secure, scalable and high-quality capabilities within an Agile environment.
Responsibilities-
Design, build and customize ServiceNow applications and modules to meet business and technical requirements.

Deliver robust technical solutions in line with ServiceNow best practices, governance and development standards.

Leverage Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, UI Builder, Service Portal and App Engine Studio to deliver effective platform solutions.

Develop and maintain Client Scripts, Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, ACLs and Scheduled Jobs.

Design, implement and maintain integrations with third-party systems using REST, SOAP, MID Server, IntegrationHub and APIs.

Contribute to the delivery and ongoing enhancement of Public Sector Digital Services (PSDS) capabilities within ServiceNow.

Participate in technical discovery, requirements gathering and solution design workshops.

Create and maintain high-quality technical documentation, including solution designs, configuration guides and deployment documentation.
Skillset-
Extensive hands-on ServiceNow development and configuration experience, with a proven track record delivering complex technical solutions.

Strong JavaScript skills across both client-side and server-side scripting, including Client Scripts, Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies and ACLs.

Experience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, Service Portal, UI Builder, App Engine Studio, Performance Analytics, Reporting and Dashboards.

Strong experience developing REST and SOAP integrations, with a good understanding of APIs, MID Server and ServiceNow integration patterns.

Solid knowledge of the ServiceNow data model, CMDB, platform architecture, ITIL and ServiceNow best practices, with experience using source control and update sets.

Experience delivering ServiceNow solutions within Agile/Scrum environments, with strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation and stakeholder engagement skills.

Previous experience in Public Sector/Government environments and/or Public Sector Digital Services (PSDS) implementations is a big plus.

Experience across ServiceNow products such as ITSM, CSM, ITOM, SPM, HRSD and IRM, with knowledge of Employee Centre, Digital Workflows, DevOps, CI/CD and ATF desirable.

Relevant ServiceNow certifications, including CSA, CAD or CIS are highly desirable; CTA would be an advantage.

ServiceNow - Business Analyst / Process Consultant
Contract
Our client, a global IT company, are hiring an experienced ServiceNow PSDS Business Process Consultant to join their team on a 12-month contract in Washington D.C. The successful candidate will help shape and deliver user-centric digital services aligned with Public Sector Digital Services (PSDS) objectives, while analyzing existing processes, designing future-state solutions, and maximizing ServiceNow's out-of-the-box capabilities.
Responsibilities-
Lead business process discovery and design workshops with stakeholders across multiple business functions.

Analyze As-Is processes and design optimized To-Be processes aligned with ServiceNow best practices.

Translate business requirements into functional requirements, user stories, and clear acceptance criteria.

Facilitate process mapping using BPMN, Lean, Value Stream Mapping or equivalent methodologies.
-
Support ServiceNow implementations across modules including ITSM, CSM, HRSD, IRM and SPM.

Drive process standardization, automation and continuous improvement initiatives.

Support Agile ceremonies, including backlog refinement, sprint planning and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Develop high-quality documentation, including BRDs, functional specifications, process maps, user stories and SOPs.

Engage with operational teams, senior stakeholders and program leadership to drive alignment and informed decision-making.

Identify process risks, dependencies and opportunities for optimization.
Skillset-
Proven experience as a Business Process Consultant or Senior Business Analyst supporting ServiceNow implementations and digital transformation programs.

Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities, best practices, and implementation methodologies.

Experience delivering complex digital transformation initiatives within public sector or regulated environments.

Strong expertise in business process modeling, analysis and continuous improvement.

Proven ability to gather, document, analyze and validate complex business requirements.

Experience working in Agile delivery environments, including Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe.

Excellent communication skills with ability to effectively bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams.

Working knowledge of ITIL 4 and service management best practices.

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification is a plus.

Ability to obtain or hold relevant government security clearance may be required.
