ServiceNow SecOps Developer - French Speaking | USEM

Our client, a leading banking and insurance company, are hiring an experienced French-speaking ServiceNow Developer to join their team remotely on an initial four-month contract. The successful candidate will use their expertise in ServiceNow Security Operations (SecOps) and User and Security Event Management (USEM) to develop, configure and customise ServiceNow solutions supporting security monitoring, event management and incident response.


Responsibilities

• Design, develop and configure ServiceNow SecOps and USEM solutions in line with business and security requirements.

• Customise ServiceNow applications using JavaScript, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies and Flow Designer.

• Configure workflows supporting security monitoring, event management, alert handling and incident response.

• Integrate ServiceNow with relevant security monitoring and event management tools.

• Translate technical and operational requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions.

Skillset

• Strong experience developing and implementing solutions on the ServiceNow platform.

• Proven hands-on experience with ServiceNow Security Operations (SecOps).

• Experience with USEM or closely related security event management solutions.

• Strong ServiceNow scripting, configuration and customisation skills.

• Experience supporting security monitoring, event management and incident response processes.

• Previous experience within banking, insurance, financial services or another regulated environment is highly desirable.

• Fluency in both French and English.

• Based within the European Union.
