The successful candidate will play a critical role in designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions that enable enterprise-level portfolio management, demand management and agile delivery practices.
Responsibilities- Lead the technical design, configuration and customization of ServiceNow SPM and EAP modules to meet enterprise portfolio and agile program management requirements.

- Provide subject matter expertise in Enterprise Agile Planning frameworks (e.g. SAFe, LeSS or Disciplined Agile) and configure ServiceNow accordingly.
