    Our client, a growing Business Consulting firm, are hiring a ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) Developer to join their digital transformation team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, configuring, and customizing ServiceNow HRSD solutions that enhance the employee experience and streamline HR processes.


    Responsibilities

    • Design, develop and implement ServiceNow HRSD modules and applications, including Case and Knowledge Management, Employee Center, Lifecycle Events and related HR integrations.

    • Customize and configure the ServiceNow platform using best practices in scripting (client scripts, UI policies, business rules, flow designer etc.)

    • Collaborate with HR and IT stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.

    • Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and third-party HR systems (e.g. Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, etc.)

    • Ensure adherence to ServiceNow development standards, security policies and governance processes.

    Skillset

    • At least 3 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer, with a minimum of 2 years in HR Service Delivery (HRSD).

    • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture, scripting and configuration.

    • Hands-on experience with HRSD modules such as Case Management, Employee Center and Lifecycle Events.

    • Experience developing integrations via REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server and IntegrationHub.

    • Proficiency with JavaScript, HTML and AngularJS (or similar front-end technologies).

    • Solid understanding of HR processes and data structures.

The successful candidate will play a key role in designing, configuring and implementing HRSD solutions that enhance the employee experience and streamline HR case management, investigations and compliance workflows related to employee relations.


    Responsibilities

    • Design, configure and customize ServiceNow HRSD solutions with a focus on Employee Relations, Investigations and Grievance processes.

    • Translate business requirements into scalable and efficient ServiceNow solutions aligned with HR policies and compliance standards.

    • Implement and optimize case management, document management, employee data security and workflow automation within the HRSD module.

    • Develop and maintain HRSD scoped applications, flows, business rules, client scripts and integrations using ServiceNow Studio, Flow Designer and IntegrationHub.
