The successful candidate will oversee end-to-end ServiceNow deployments, ensuring smooth execution, proactive risk management and consistently high customer satisfaction.


    Responsibilities

    • Oversee the full lifecycle of ServiceNow engagements, including strategy, design, training and implementation.

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, delivering regular updates, resolving issues and escalating when needed.

    • Partner with Sales to develop and manage project change requests (PCRs) and Statements of Work (SOWs).

    • Lead cross-functional teams, driving project success through proactive scope, risk and expectation management.

    • Foster strong client relationships through consistent communication and transparent status reporting.

    • Ensure adherence to defined roles, responsibilities and compliance standards across project teams.

    • Manage and maintain deployment records in the ServiceNow Partner Portal.

    Skillset

    • US Citizenship with ability obtain Public Trust or higher clearance.

    • Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or similar.

    • Minimum of 5 years' experience in Engagement Management, preferably within a consulting environment.

    • Proven track record in deploying SaaS and ITIL-based solutions.

    • In-depth understanding of the ServiceNow platform and established project management practices.

    • Familiarity with MSP frameworks and Domain Separation architecture.

    • ITIL® v3 Certification is required. ServiceNow Administrator and Implementation Specialist certifications are a plus.

The successful candidate will take on a diverse range of responsibilities, including analyzing business processes, conducting market research, integrating technology solutions, responding to RFPs and supporting sales lead development.


    Responsibilities

    • Deliver strategic guidance to clients on best practices for streamlining and optimizing business processes.

    • Define and document workflows, governance models, tools, key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting structures to support enterprise-wide initiatives.

    • Design process models and pinpoint areas for improvement using recognized industry frameworks and methodologies.

    • Oversee requirement management throughout the full system development life cycle (SDLC), including cross-platform risk analysis.

    • Develop comprehensive documentation, including flowcharts and diagrams, utilizing tools such as Visio and Navvia.

    Skillset

    • Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst or Business Process Consultant.

    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.

    • Proficient in tools such as SharePoint, Visio, Adobe Acrobat X and Navvia.

    • Solid understanding and practical experience with Agile methodologies.

    • Working knowledge of industry frameworks including Cobit, ISO 20000/27000, CMMI, FITARA, HiTrust, and FISMA/FedRamp.

    • PMP certification and ITIL v3 certification is a plus.

    • Strong skills in facilitation, analysis and problem-solving.

    Our client, an elite ServiceNow partner, are hiring a ServiceNow Pre-Sales Architect specializing in the HRSD module to join their team in remotely on a contract role. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing pre-sales technical support and guidance to prospective clients, as well as enabling clients to optimize their HR service delivery processes using ServiceNow.


    Responsibilities

    • As the ServiceNow Pre-Sales Architect, you will work with sales teams to engage with prospective clients and understand their HR service delivery challenges.

    • Define, design, and architect solutions that leverage the ServiceNow HRSD module to meet customer needs.

    • Lead product demonstrations and technical presentations, highlighting the capabilities of the ServiceNow HRSD module.

    • Collaborate with clients to gather, understand, and translate business requirements into functional and technical solutions, ensuring alignment with the HRSD module features and best practices.

    • Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for the ServiceNow HRSD module advisingclients on industry best practices, implementation strategies, and potential challenges within HR service delivery.

    • Assist in the preparation of responses to RFPs, RFIs, and other sales documents, providing technical insight and solution recommendations tailored to HRSD requirements.

    • Work closely with post-sales delivery teams to ensure seamless transitions from pre-sales to implementation, ensuring that designed solutions are feasible and practical for implementation.

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including HR leaders, IT teams, and other senior decision-makers, to ensure that ServiceNow solutions meet their HR service delivery objectives.

    • Stay up to date with the latest ServiceNow product offerings, particularly related to HRSD, and maintain a strong understanding of the HR technology landscape.

    • Provide support and guidance to internal teams (e.g. sales, delivery and technical) to enable them to understand the ServiceNow HRSD module and its benefits.



    Skillset

    • Minimum of 5 years of experience with ServiceNow, with a strong focus on HRSD solutions.

    • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) and ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA). HRSD or related certifications preferred.

    • Proven experience in a pre-sales or solution architecture role, with a strong background in solution design and customer-facing presentations.

    • In-depth knowledge of the ServiceNow HRSD module, including HR Case Management, Knowledge Management, Employee Service Center and Virtual Agent.

    • Familiarity with HR business processes, including onboarding, employee self-service, case management, and HR ticketing systems.

    • Strong understanding of ITIL principles, IT service management, and how they relate to HR service delivery.

    • Prior experience working in or with HR departments or HR software solutions.

    • Experience in managing client relationships and driving sales cycles to close.
