  • Our client, a ServiceNow Solutions provider, are hiring a ServiceNow Account Executive to join their high-performing sales team in San Diego. The successful candidate will play a key part in presenting their ServiceNow solutions to enterprise clients, enabling them to modernize IT operations, improve service delivery and drive tangible business results


    Responsibilities

    • Create and implement strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets for ServiceNow products and services.

    • Identify, prospect and engage enterprise clients across target industries and territories.

    • Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers, stakeholders and influencers within client organizations.

    • Assess client challenges and position ServiceNow capabilities (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps etc.) to deliver customized, high-value solutions.

    Skillset

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT or equivalent.

    • At least 5 years of enterprise software sales experience, including circa. 2 years selling ServiceNow or comparable SaaS solutions.

    • Demonstrated success in consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets in B2B enterprise environments.

    • Strong knowledge of ITSM, ITOM, HRSD and workflow automation principles.

    • Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and engage multiple stakeholders.

    • Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM or similar sales tools.

    • Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and digital transformation initiatives.

    • ServiceNow Sales Certification(s) or equivalent product expertise is a plus but not essential.

    • Experience selling to Fortune 1000 companies or within the public sector is a bonus.

    • Exceptional communication, presentation and negotiation skills.

    • Solid understanding and practical experience with Agile methodologies.

    • Working knowledge of industry frameworks including Cobit, ISO 20000/27000, CMMI, FITARA, HiTrust, and FISMA/FedRamp.

    • PMP certification and ITIL v3 certification is a plus.

    • Strong skills in facilitation, analysis and problem-solving.
