    Responsibilities

    • Develop, configure and customize solutions across ServiceNow CSM and FSO.

    Skillset

    Skillset

    • At least 5 years of experience in ServiceNow presales, solution architecture or consulting roles.

    • Deep expertise across ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM) and CRM solutions.

    • Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow CPQ (essential), including solution design and workflow architecture.

    • ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CAD or equivalent is a plus.
