ServiceNow FSM Architect

Alldus is looking for an experienced ServiceNow FSM Architect to lead the design and implementation of Field Service Management solutions for one of our clients. This is a 6-month contract, 100% remote role.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable ServiceNow FSM solutions to meet business requirements.

• Define best practices for FSM workflows, integrations, and automation.

• Provide technical leadership to developers and business stakeholders.

• Optimize system performance and ensure seamless integrations.

• Stay updated with ServiceNow advancements and recommend improvements.

Skillset

• 5+ years of ServiceNow FSM architecture and implementation experience.

• Expertise in ServiceNow platform, workflows, and integrations.

• Experience with REST APIs, JavaScript, and ServiceNow scripting.

• Strong understanding of field service processes and industry best practices.

• ServiceNow certifications (preferred).

• Must be a US Citizen and eligible to work without sponsorship.
