Length of contract: 6 months
Our client, an innovator in the Utilities industry, is hiring a Maximo Business Analyst/Product Owner to join the team remotely on a six-month contract. The successful candidate will play a key role in aligning the company’s mobile solutions with client needs, translating user feedback into actionable insights, and ensuring successful project outcomes.
Responsibilities

Participate in on-site workshops and field sessions to collect in-depth end-user feedback.

Conduct client interviews to gain insights into project goals and requirements.

Translate gathered feedback into clear, actionable user stories and requirements.

Collaborate closely with the development team to ensure user needs are effectively addressed.

Act as a liaison between clients, end users and technical teams, facilitating seamless communication.

Serve as the primary contact for all client interactions and updates.

Engage directly with field users to integrate their insights into the final solution.

Assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and provide recommendations for refinements.
Skillset

Demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner.

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Strong ability to connect end users with technology, ensuring effective and impactful solutions.

Expertise in translating feedback into well-structured user stories.

Proven ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.

Adept at analyzing data to inform decision-making.

Familiarity with software development processes and agile methodologies is a plus.

Experience in Water, Wastewater and Gas industries is a plus.
