ServiceNow Business Analyst
Our client, a global leader in digital transformation solutions, is hiring a ServiceNow Business Analyst to join their team on a contract basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for gathering, analyzing and documenting business requirements, working closely with stakeholders to support the ServiceNow platform.
Responsibilities

As the ServiceNow Business Analyst, you will collect and document business requirements, ensuring they are clear and complete.

Work closely with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Process Owners and Developers/Admins to refine requirements.

Convert business needs into detailed requirement documents.

Define and refine process flow diagrams and use-case specifications.

Evaluate ServiceNow requests and identify practical solutions.

Provide consistent updates to stakeholders.

Assist with unit testing, create test scripts, and facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with customers.

Ensure requirements align with ServiceNow standards and best practices.
Skillset
-
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or similar.

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a ServiceNow ITSM Business Analyst.

A strong understanding of ITIL IT Service Management processes.

ITIL Foundation Certification is a bonus.

Exceptional data management, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Familiarity with DevOps, Product Model, and Agile methodologies.

Experience with ServiceNow Vulnerability Response, Multi-Source CMDB/CMDB 360 is a plus.

Familiarity with Cloud Solutions (Azure, Google, Oracle, IBM) is a bonus.

Knowledge of the Common Service Data Model and IT Asset Management desirable but not essential.
