  ServiceNow - Business Analyst / Process Consultant

Our client, a global leader in digital transformation solutions, is hiring a ServiceNow Business Analyst to join their team on a contract basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for gathering, analyzing and documenting business requirements, working closely with stakeholders to support the ServiceNow platform.

Responsibilities

  • As the ServiceNow Business Analyst, you will collect and document business requirements, ensuring they are clear and complete.

  • Work closely with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Process Owners and Developers/Admins to refine requirements.

  • Convert business needs into detailed requirement documents.

  • Define and refine process flow diagrams and use-case specifications.

  • Evaluate ServiceNow requests and identify practical solutions.

  • Provide consistent updates to stakeholders.

  • Assist with unit testing, create test scripts, and facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with customers.

  • Ensure requirements align with ServiceNow standards and best practices.

Skillset

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or similar.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a ServiceNow ITSM Business Analyst.

  • A strong understanding of ITIL IT Service Management processes.

  • ITIL Foundation Certification is a bonus.

  • Exceptional data management, problem-solving, and communication skills.

  • Familiarity with DevOps, Product Model, and Agile methodologies.

  • Experience with ServiceNow Vulnerability Response, Multi-Source CMDB/CMDB 360 is a plus.

  • Familiarity with Cloud Solutions (Azure, Google, Oracle, IBM) is a bonus.

  • Knowledge of the Common Service Data Model and IT Asset Management desirable but not essential.
