ServiceNow Business Analyst
Our client, a IT Solutions provider for the government sector, are hiring a ServiceNow Business Analyst to join the team in Virginia. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and enhancing ITSM processes, as well as supporting the maintenance and optimization of ITSM tools to ensure an optimal user experience and maximize productivity.
Responsibilities

As the ServiceNow Business Analyst, you will design, implement and optimize ITSM processes to align with organizational objectives.

Provide ongoing ITSM support to business units and customers to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Manage back-end support, troubleshooting, system integrations, upgrades, administration and maintenance of ITSM tools, focusing on improving user experience and productivity.

Work closely with business units, customers, and engineering teams to identify and implement necessary updates and changes to ITSM tools.

Gather and analyze user requirements, document business needs, and ensure effective implementation of ITSM solutions.

Continuously monitor system performance and make proactive enhancements to improve functionality.
Skillset
-
Proven experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on ServiceNow ITSM solutions.

In-depth understanding of ITIL processes and their implementation within ServiceNow.

Hands-on experience with system administration, integrations and the maintenance of ITSM tools.

Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with both technical teams and business stakeholders.

Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving complex issues related to ITSM tools.

Experience with configuring and managing workflows within ServiceNow.
