HRSD Business Process Consultant
Our client, a forward-thinking ServiceNow solutions provider, is hiring an experienced HRSD Business Process Consultant to join their team in San Diego on a contract basis. The successful candidate be instrumental in designing, implementing and optimizing Human Resource Service Delivery (HRSD) processes, helping to align HR operations with industry best practices.
Responsibilities

Evaluate existing HR processes to pinpoint opportunities for improvement or automation.

Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement streamlined HRSD workflows.

Convert business requirements into both functional and technical specifications.

Customize and configure HRSD modules on platforms like ServiceNow.

Assist with change management efforts, including training, communication and adoption strategies.

Collaborate with technical teams to ensure business needs align with platform capabilities.

Create documentation for process designs, user stories, use cases, and test scenarios.

Conduct interviews and workshops with stakeholders to gather insights and requirements.

Assess the effectiveness of implemented processes and suggest ongoing improvements.

Keep current with HR trends, compliance standards and innovations in HR technology.
Skillset
-
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or similar.

Minimum of five years of experience in HR process consulting or HR operations.

Knowledge of HRSD tools, with a preference for experience with ServiceNow HRSD or similar platforms.

In-depth understanding of core HR functions such as onboarding, offboarding, employee relations and case management.

Expertise in business analysis and process mapping using tools like Visio or Lucidchart.

Solid understanding of global HR compliance and labor regulations.

Strong communication, interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills.

ServiceNow HRSD certification or hands-on experience with ServiceNow implementations is a plus.
