    Location: Remote in EU
    Contract Type: 3-Month Rolling Contract


    Our client, a leading automotive consultancy, is hiring an experienced ServiceNow Technical Lead with strong expertise in Customer Service Management (CSM) to join their digital transformation programme. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the technical design, development, and delivery of ServiceNow CSM solutions aligned with business objectives.


    Responsibilities

    • Lead the end-to-end technical implementation of ServiceNow CSM modules and integrations.
    • Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
    • Provide technical leadership and best practice guidance to developers and platform administrators.
    • Design and implement workflows, service portals, integrations, and automation using Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and related ServiceNow capabilities.
    • Ensure alignment with ITIL and enterprise architecture standards.
    • Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and quality assurance checks.
    • Support production deployments and post-implementation improvements.
    • Produce and maintain technical documentation.



    Skillset

    • Proven experience as a ServiceNow Technical Lead or Senior Developer, specifically within CSM implementations.
    • Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, scripting (JavaScript, Glide), and integration technologies (REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, etc.).
    • Experience with automotive industry clients or large enterprise environments preferred.
    • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required; CSM and Application Developer certifications desirable.
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
    • Fluent in English; German language skills are an advantage.

  • ServiceNow Architect (Bilingual – English/French)
    Location: Remote (Canada only)

The ServiceNow Architect will play a key role in designing, leading and implementing ServiceNow solutions that align with client needs and business objectives. This is a remote role open only to candidates who are Canadian citizens or permanent residents.

    • Lead architectural design and delivery of ServiceNow solutions across multiple modules.
    • Translate business requirements into technical designs and provide best practice guidance.

    • Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow CSM solutions based on business requirements

    • Configure workflows, forms, and service portals to optimize the customer service experience

    • Customize CSM features, including case management, customer portals, and integrations

    • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather technical requirements and provide tailored solutions

    • Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and performance tuning for CSM modules

    • Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance for the ServiceNow CSM environment



    Skillset

    • 3+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer, with a focus on CSM implementations

    • Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and best practices

    • Proven experience in configuring and customizing the CSM module, including case management, customer portals, and knowledge management

    • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Scripting, including JavaScript, and API integrations

    • Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote setting
