Salary: Up to $200,000 depending on experience

Alldus is working with a leading ServiceNow end user looking to hire an experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer to join and help lead the continued development of their ServiceNow platform. This is a great opportunity for a senior-level ServiceNow professional who enjoys remaining hands-on technically while also taking ownership of platform delivery, mentoring other developers, and working closely with technical and business stakeholders.

Responsbilities

• Take a leading role across the full ServiceNow delivery lifecycle, including the design, development, deployment and optimization of scalable applications, workflows and integrations.
• Lead ServiceNow development and technical delivery across the platform.
• Design and develop scalable workflows, applications and integrations.
• Work across modules including CSM and FSO.
• Collaborate with architects, developers and business stakeholders.
• Mentor other ServiceNow developers and conduct code reviews.
• Support deployments, upgrades and ongoing platform improvements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues.
• Maintain strong ServiceNow development and governance best practices.
• Support technical documentation, testing, and platform standards.

Skillset

• At least 5 years of ServiceNow development experience.
• Strong hands-on ServiceNow development skills.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience across modules such as CSM and/or FSO.
• Strong experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS and ServiceNow development technologies.
• Experience with ServiceNow integrations and custom development.
• Previous experience mentoring or leading other developers.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform best practices and governance.
• CSA and/or CAD certification preferred.
• Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder.
