Our client, a global technology organization, is hiring a Senior Technical Consultant to joint heir team in Frankfurt, Germany on a contract basis. The successful candidate will support the delivery of a complex ServiceNow App Engine solution, providing technical leadership across solution design, platform configuration, technical facilitation and knowledge transfer to internal Platform Administrators.

Responsibilities

  • Lead technical facilitation of workshops, supporting solution design and technical decisions.

  • Translate business requirements into user stories, technical solutions and platform configurations.

  • Configure and enhance ServiceNow Subscription Services throughout sprint delivery cycles.

  • Develop and configure custom applications using ServiceNow App Engine.

  • Design data models and solutions supporting complex tax processes and reporting requirements.

  • Build workflows, catalog items, dashboards, KPIs, notifications and reporting capabilities.

  • Configure Tax Workspace, custom portal pages and workspace experiences using UI Builder and Next Experience.

  • Develop and manage integrations with Snowflake, SAP and third-party platforms using ServiceNow integration capabilities.

  • Implement secure, real-time integrations using REST/SOAP services, ServiceNow Spokes, SAP CPI and SnapLogic.

  • Configure application security, access controls, data privacy controls and provide knowledge transfer to Platform Administrators.

Skillset

  • Strong hands-on experience as a Senior Technical Consultant delivering enterprise ServiceNow solutions.

  • Proven experience designing, developing and configuring custom applications using ServiceNow App Engine.

  • Advanced knowledge of JavaScript, ServiceNow scripting, APIs and web service integrations.

  • Strong expertise across Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, ServiceNow Spokes, UI Builder and Next Experience.

  • Experience designing and implementing ServiceNow data models and enterprise applications.

  • Proven experience integrating ServiceNow with external platforms, including Snowflake and SAP.

  • Knowledge of SAP integration patterns using SAP CPI, SnapLogic and custom web services with OAuth 2.0 authentication.

  • Strong understanding of REST/SOAP services, XML, APIs and enterprise integration frameworks.

  • Solid understanding of ITIL processes, ServiceNow best practices, application security and access controls.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams and business stakeholders.
