  • Applies in-depth knowledge of programming techniques.
  • Creates test transactions, run tests finds errors, and confirms programs.
  • Meets specifications as presented by the customer.
  • Defines errors in customers’ application programs and technically revises/fixes programs via customer approval processes.
  • Oversee and give direct leadership to the support team.


Required Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 4 years of experience in ServiceNow development
  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Customer Service Management (CSM)Obtain and maintain certification corresponding to Information Assurance Management Level I (IAM I). For IAM Level I, they must have one of the following: CAP, CND, Cloud+, GSLC, Security+ CE, HCISP
