Our client that are leading the charge in Digital Transformation are hiring a ServiceNow Developer for a contract position to join their team. The successful candidate will streamline processes and elevate systems within the company's field service operations., as well as spearhead innovation efforts and guarantee smooth integration of service management tools.

Responsibilities:

  • As the ServiceNow FSM Developer, you will work closely with project and service managers to comprehend requirements and refine processes.

  • You will collaborate with field engineers to enhance daily operations through system improvements.

  • Create and implement new workflows and customizations within the field service tool.

  • Maintain and generate standardized reports for companywide utilization.

  • Produce detailed functional design documents tailored to business needs.

  • Manage rights and privileges within the field service tool.

  • Coordinate with vendors and consultants for support related to the field service tool.

  • Oversee the management and upkeep of the field service tool knowledge base.

Skillset:

  • 3-5 years of experience in integrating or implementing ITSM/Field Service systems.

  • 3-5 years of pertinent experience in professional services or customer support operations.

  • Demonstrated capability to propel projects and secure agreement.

  • Excellent knowledge of business requisites and solution architecture.

  • Familiarity with web-based systems architecture and enterprise application architecture.

  • Proficiency in project methodologies and consulting for solutions.
