As a ServiceNow FSM & TSM Technical Consultant at Alldus International, you will be the driving force behind transformative projects in ServiceNow's Field Service Management (FSM) and Telecom Service Management (TSM) & Telecom Service Optimization (TSOM) modules. Your deep expertise in ServiceNow and prestigious certifications will be instrumental in creating bespoke solutions that elevate our clients' service management capabilities.
Responsibilities:

FSM & TSM Solution Design: Be the mastermind behind visionary architectural solutions for ServiceNow FSM and TSM projects. Create comprehensive roadmaps that unleash the potential of FSM and TSM, revolutionizing service management.

Technical Expertise: Leverage your Certified Application Developer skills to craft tailored applications and workflows within ServiceNow. Implement AI-driven automation and intelligent features to turbocharge FSM and TSM capabilities.

Implementation and Integration: Lead end-to-end implementations of FSM and TSM projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution. Integrate FSM, TSM, and TSOM modules to achieve unified service excellence.

Client Advisory Services: Your 2 years of experience advising clients on ServiceNow implementations will shine as you understand client requirements and pain points. Provide expert recommendations and strategies to drive successful outcomes.

FSM & TSM Customization: Customize FSM and TSM functionalities to meet specific business needs, ensuring a flawless user experience and process efficiency.

Quality Assurance: Conduct rigorous testing and validation of FSM and TSM solutions, ensuring compliance with industry standards and exceeding client expectations.

Training and Support: Empower end-users and client administrators with comprehensive training on FSM and TSM capabilities. Provide ongoing support and technical assistance to optimize performance.
Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Experience:
- 3 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow FSM module.
- 2 years of practical experience with ServiceNow TSM and TSOM modules.
- 6 years of overall experience in ServiceNow platform.
- 2 years of advising clients on ServiceNow implementations.

Certifications:
- Certified Implementation Specialist – FSM certification.
- Certified Application Developer in ServiceNow.
- Certified System Administrator in ServiceNow.

Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in ServiceNow FSM, TSM, and TSOM configuration, customization, and integration.
- Advanced knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and web technologies.
- Expertise in AI-driven automation and intelligent service management.
