Our client, a leading global IT Services & Consulting organization, are hiring a ServiceNow Architect on a contract basis. The successful candidate will closely work with diverse teams and stakeholders with the aim to formulate comprehensive and visionary solution proposals, ensuring that the solutions devised not only meet current needs but also align seamlessly with the future objectives of the company.


  • As a ServiceNow Architect, you will develop and execute ServiceNow solutions tailored to meet the unique business requirements for a healthcare client of the organization.

  • Take ownership of creating a comprehensive End-to-End Solution Blueprint, aligning it with customer specifications and harnessing the capabilities of the ServiceNow platform.

  • Function as a trusted advisor, offering thought leadership, mentoring, and guidance to elevate customer, employee, and creator workflows to the next level for our clients.

  • Define a holistic Data Architecture to facilitate the seamless integration of data into the ServiceNow platform.

  • Lead the design of the ServiceNow platform, incorporating integrations with other enterprise solutions such as JIRA and Workday, employing diverse protocols and technologies.

  • Effectively convey key messages to clients and stakeholders, presenting various solution options to gain concurrence from the Architecture Review Board (ARB)/Technical Design Authority (TDA).

  • Provide coaching and mentorship to junior members within the ServiceNow practice team.


  • A minimum of 10 years of comprehensive experience in overseeing IT projects, with a dedicated focus of at least 3 years in the role of a ServiceNow Architect.

  • Proficiency in successfully executing large-scale technology transformation projects, specializing in Solution Design and Architecture within ServiceNow, covering ITSM, HRSD, CSM, FSM or GRC.

  • Extensive hands-on experience in the configuration, customization, development, and administration of the ServiceNow platform.

  • Specialized expertise in implementing innovative functionalities using diverse ServiceNow features and components.

  • A proven track record of working effectively within both waterfall and Agile/Scrum methodologies.

  • Preferred certifications include TOGAF and Certified Implementation Specialist in any of the ServiceNow products.
