They are hiring a Senior ServiceNow Developer for a contract position, aiming to spearhead innovation and excellence in service delivery. The successful candidate will lead the implementation of enhancements prioritized by the platform owner, ensuring strict adherence to best practices while conducting comprehensive code reviews.


  • As a Senior ServiceNow Developer, you will work collaboratively with diverse teams to execute solutions in accordance with specified requirements and industry standards.

  • You will be responsible to create and maintain advanced scripts, business rules and client scripts.

  • Provide support for existing ServiceNow integrations and contribute to upcoming integration endeavors as required.

  • Develop, execute and maintain the process for promoting individual enhancement requests across the platform.

  • Participate in weekly platform deployments from various development teams, ensuring efficient update set management and potentially offering insights for the redesign of the promotion process.

  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues associated with ServiceNow implementations.

  • Collaborate with solutions architects to assess platform performance, devise optimization strategies, and implement enhancements for performance and security.

  • Conduct comprehensive testing of ServiceNow configurations to ensure functionality, data integrity and user satisfaction.

  • Assist Platform Architects in the design and planning of significant roadmap items, including upgrades and major initiatives.


  • Bachelor’s Degree with 7+ years of hands-on experience in implementing ServiceNow solutions.

  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer Certification is a must.

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification is a bonus.

  • Profound understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities, modules, and best practices.

  • Familiarity with ITIL processes and principles of IT Service Management (ITSM).

  • Strong technical aptitude, including expertise in workflow configuration and business rule development.

  • Exceptional attention to detail paired with outstanding problem-solving and analytical skills.

  • US Citizenship or possession of a green card is mandatory due to federal contract requirements.

  • Ability to obtain Public Trust clearance.
