Junior ServiceNow Consultant

Our client is a leading provider of IT services throughout Europe and they are hiring a Junior ServiceNow Architect to kickstart their career with the team in Munich. As a premier partner of ServiceNow, the company is dedicated to providing innovative solutions and surpassing client expectations across various domains including ITSM, CSM, HRSD and IRM.

Responsibilities:

• As a Junior ServiceNow Architect, you will be responsible for the configuration and implementation of ServiceNow modules to meet client needs.

• You will aid in the development of workflows, forms and reports.

• Participate in client meetings to gather insights and provide technical expertise.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of solutions within project scopes.

• Offer ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance to their clients.

Skillset:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a relevant discipline.

• Proficient analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Familiarity with ServiceNow implementations is a bonus.

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

• Capacity to work autonomously and collaboratively in a team environment.

• Fluency in both German and English.
