ServiceNow Senior Consultant

Our client is a leading provider of IT services throughout Europe and they are hiring a Senior ServiceNow Architect to join their team in Munich. As a premier partner of ServiceNow, the company is dedicated to providing innovative solutions and surpassing client expectations across various domains including ITSM, Telco, Customer Service, HR, and GRC.

Responsibilities:

• As a Senior ServiceNow Architect, you will develop architectural concepts for product and project solutions within ServiceNow.

• You will lead and orchestrate ServiceNow projects from initial consultation through implementation and ongoing support.

• Analyze technical requirements and execute solutions tailored to ITSM, HR, and/or Customer Service environments.

• Conduct thorough business analysis to streamline and optimize digital workflows.

• Customize and configure ServiceNow modules to align with specific client requirements.

• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior consultants, fostering their professional growth.

Skillset:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.

• Proven experience in IT architecture, software development, technology consulting, or system integration.

• Proficiency with connectors/APIs, JavaScript, web technologies, and databases.

• Prior experience in IT service management, HR and/or Customer Service is advantageous.

• Exceptional analytical and conceptual abilities, adept at aligning IT with business needs.

• Enthusiastic about acquiring or enhancing skills in ServiceNow.

• Fluent in both German and English.

• Openness to travel within the DACH region for consulting engagements.
