Alldus are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Technical Architect to lead and design innovative solutions for a leading retail organization on a contract basis.

Responsibilities

• Design and architect ServiceNow solutions to meet enterprise-level needs.

• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams.

• Ensure alignment with ServiceNow best practices and guidelines.

• Troubleshoot technical issues and oversee system integrations.

Skillset

• Extensive experience as a ServiceNow Architect.

• Strong understanding of ServiceNow’s platform capabilities.

• Excellent stakeholder management skills.
