Our client, a trusted ServiceNow Partner, are hiring an Account Executive to join the team in Texas. The successful candidate will drive the identification and closure of new opportunities, build long-term client relationships and position their innovative ServiceNow solutions as the number one choice for customers.

Responsibilities

  • As the Account Executive, you will be responsible to identify and engage potential clients to create new business opportunities.

  • Utilize your network to develop new relationships and expand the customer base.

  • Build and maintain strong connections with key decision-makers.

  • Act as a trusted advisor, aligning ServiceNow solutions with clients’ business objectives.

  • Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure seamless implementation and ensure client satisfaction.

  • Demonstrate the value of ServiceNow’s platform through customized presentations, demos, and proposals.

  • Work closely with marketing and leadership to define and execute go-to-market strategies.

  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows and networking functions.

  • Stay informed on market trends, industry demands and competitive developments to uncover new opportunities.

Skillset

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or similar.

  • Minimum of 3 years of proven sales experience in IT services, SaaS, or cloud solutions.

  • Demonstrated success in consistently meeting or surpassing sales targets.

  • In-depth understanding of IT service management, IT operations or digital transformation.

  • Outstanding skills in communication, negotiation and delivering compelling presentations.

  • Proven ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders across various organizational levels.

  • Knowledge of ServiceNow’s ecosystem and capabilities is a plus.
