Our client, a leading IT Services provider, are hiring a ServiceNow Platform Architect to join the team remotely. The successful candidate will contribute to advanced ServiceNow implementations, provide impactful consulting for top-tier organizations, play a central role in pre-sales and delivery strategies.

Responsibilities

As the ServiceNow Platform Architect, you will support sales, pre-sales, and delivery by ensuring best practices.
Align Statements of Work (SOWs) with expectations and delivery capabilities.
Serve as a trusted advisor and escalation point within areas of expertise.
Develop methodologies to enhance service offerings.
Provide high-quality consulting services, including installation, configuration and integration of ServiceNow products.
Lead demos, webinars, solutioning, scoping and sales discussions.
Communicate technical, consulting, business and ROI value to clients.
Design and develop tailored software solutions through scripting and development.
Prepare necessary customer and internal documentation.

Skillset

Minimum of five years of experience in IT software consulting, specializing in ServiceNow implementations.
Deep expertise in pre-sales, scoping and consulting across various ServiceNow modules.
Hands-on experience with CMDB and ITIL frameworks.
Strong ability to lead client presentations and communicate business value and ROI effectively.
Exceptional written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
Proven success in managing multiple ServiceNow implementations.
