Our client, a leading ServiceNow partner, are hiring a ServiceNow Sales Executive to join the team in Florida. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the sales of professional services, including implementation projects, consulting and managed services for the organization.

Responsibilities

  • As the Sales Executive, you will design and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to meet or surpass revenue goals.

  • You will prospect and connect with potential clients within designated markets or industries.

  • Collaborate with marketing, pre-sales and delivery teams to create customized proposals and solutions.

  • Establish and foster strong relationships with key decision-makers, including executives at the C-suite level.

  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional service offerings.

  • Represent the organization at industry events, conferences and networking engagements.

  • Oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation and qualification to contract negotiation and deal closure.

  • Present compelling product demonstrations and deliver impactful presentations to prospective clients.

  • Keep detailed and accurate sales forecasts, pipeline data and CRM documentation.

  • Work in close partnership with delivery teams to ensure sales commitments align with project execution capabilities.

Skillset

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, technology or similar.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience selling services such as implementation, consulting or managed services within the ServiceNow ecosystem or similar SaaS/IT environments.

  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding multi-million-dollar sales targets.

  • Comprehensive knowledge of ServiceNow modules, functionalities and professional service offerings.

  • Familiarity with ITIL, ITSM, ITOM or ITBM frameworks is a bonus.

  • Relevant certifications, such as ITIL or ServiceNow Sales/Pre-Sales certifications, are advantageous.

  • Outstanding communication, negotiation and interpersonal abilities.

  • Proven ability to clearly convey value propositions and ROI for service solutions.

  • Confidence in engaging with both technical and business stakeholders.
