Our client, an AI-driven startup, are hiring a Senior AI Engineer to join their team in California. The successful candidate will be responsible to lead the development of their cutting-edge AI-powered operating system aimed at boosting productivity and improving team collaboration.

Responsibilities

As the Senior AI Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing cutting-edge Generative AI applications.
Leverage advanced language models to drive AI-powered innovation.
Develop full-stack applications, seamlessly integrating AI into scalable, high-performance solutions.
Analyze complex datasets to shape product strategy and drive innovation.
Build and deliver end-to-end features for intuitive, engaging user experiences.

Skillset

Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
At least five years of experience in full-stack development.
Experience in Python, FastAPI, React/Next.js or similar frameworks.
Practical expertise in Generative AI, LLMs (Claude, GPT), agentic frameworks (Crew.ai, LangChain), prompt engineering, fine-tuning and evaluation methodologies.
Strong ability to write high-quality, reusable, and scalable code with automated testing.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for ownership and innovation.
Previous experience working in a startup.
