Full Stack Developer

Our client is looking to hire multiple Full Stack Developers to execute a project for their end customer, who is part of the Federal Government. For this project, candidate’s are required to hold an active Public Trust Clearance. These fully remote positions are initially contract positions for six months, then converting to Full Time Employment.

Responsibilities

• Modify procedures to solve problems considering computer equipment capacity and limitations, operating time and form of desired results.
• Work closely with team members to participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements, solution design, development, QA and implementation.
• Develop and enhance enterprise microservices applications or modernizing existing software systems.
• Write automated unit test cases to support Test-Driven Development (TDD).
• Assist in verification and validation of software by collaborating with the Quality Assurance team.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups and sprint retrospectives.

Skillset

• Minimum of three years of experience in software development using frameworks or programming languages such as Java, Angular 2+, JavaScript, jQuery or Node.js.
• Experience in frameworks like ASP.NET Core, ASP.NET, C# or .Net Framework.
• Hands-on experience with modern web technologies such as JSON, AJAX, XML/XSLT, HTTP, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5 and CSS3.
• Expertise with relational database development, preferably using SQL Server or T-SQL programming (e.g. stored procedures, views, functions).
• Knowledge of Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) and RESTful services (e.g. Web API frameworks).
