ServiceNow Trainer

Our client, an established IT Services organization, are hiring a ServiceNow Trainer to join the team on a contract basis in Virginia. The successful candidate will contribute to operations, sustainment, maintenance and the advancement of innovative projects within the defense sector.

Responsibilities

• As the ServiceNow Trainer, you will create and present ServiceNow demonstrations highlighting technical solutions.

• Develop and assess marketing materials, including demo videos and promotional slicks.

• Design and update demonstration wireframes and agendas.

• Collaborate effectively with internal teams, customers and external stakeholders.

• Stay engaged with project teams to track development progress throughout each sprint.

• Participate in scrum ceremonies and lead demonstration sessions.

• Organize and maintain demonstration materials using JIRA and Confluence.

• Conduct rehearsal demonstrations before presenting to larger Government audiences.

• Support onboarding of new team members by providing demonstration materials.

Skillset

• U.S. Citizenship required.

• Active DoD Secret Clearance must be in place at the start of employment.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or similar.

• At least four years hands-on experience with ServiceNow applications.

• In-depth technical and functional knowledge of ServiceNow.

• Experience in developing and delivering demonstration materials.

• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.

• Strong customer service skills with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent communication skills for collaborating with virtual teams and presenting to leadership.
