Our client, an innovator in the Utilities industry, is hiring a Maximo Business Analyst/Product Owner to join the team remotely on a six-month contract. The successful candidate will play a key role in aligning the company’s mobile solutions with client needs, translating user feedback into actionable insights, and ensuring successful project outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Participate in on-site workshops and field sessions to collect in-depth end-user feedback.

• Conduct client interviews to gain insights into project goals and requirements.

• Translate gathered feedback into clear, actionable user stories and requirements.

• Collaborate closely with the development team to ensure user needs are effectively addressed.

• Act as a liaison between clients, end users and technical teams, facilitating seamless communication.

• Serve as the primary contact for all client interactions and updates.

• Engage directly with field users to integrate their insights into the final solution.

• Assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and provide recommendations for refinements.

Skillset

• Demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong ability to connect end users with technology, ensuring effective and impactful solutions.

• Expertise in translating feedback into well-structured user stories.

• Proven ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.

• Adept at analyzing data to inform decision-making.

• Familiarity with software development processes and agile methodologies is a plus.

• Experience in Water, Wastewater and Gas industries is a plus.
