Our client, a leading IT Services organization, is hiring a talented ServiceNow Sales Representative to join their team in California. The successful candidate will play a key part in developing long-term strategic partnerships and indirect sales channels while driving pipeline growth across ServiceNow Professional Services and License Sales, with a strong emphasis on Commercial and Mid-Market clients.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect, assess and secure full-cycle ServiceNow license sales opportunities across multiple industry sectors.

  • Drive growth through product enhancements and strategic upselling.

  • Work in close partnership with ServiceNow Account teams to leverage Co-Sell opportunities.

  • Consistently meet or exceed sales goals and strategic targets within partner accounts.

  • Lead collaborative planning sessions with partners, defining mutual goals, revenue objectives and key success metrics.

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans for your designated North American territory.

  • Collaborate across internal teams to support sales efforts and drive business development initiatives.

  • Pinpoint and engage with relevant ServiceNow functions or industry verticals based on customer requirements.

  • Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.

  • Serve as a strategic ambassador for the company’s offerings and ServiceNow capabilities within your assigned accounts and region.

Skillset

  • Minimum of five years of proven success in ServiceNow license and services sales, with a strong understanding of Professional Services and the North American partner landscape.

  • At least seven years of experience in channel sales or software license sales roles.

  • Demonstrated expertise in alliance management and business development within the technology sector.

  • Prior hands-on experience working with ServiceNow partner ecosystems.

  • Proven ability to build, manage, and grow productive partner relationships and co-sell engagements

  • Results-oriented with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Willingness and ability to travel 25–50% as needed.
