Our client, a fast-growing HealthTech company, is hiring a Forward Deployed Engineer to join their team in New York. The successful candidate will play a key role in building the internal systems and tooling that will support the next phase of business growth, leveraging the latest AI and full-stack development technologies.

Responsibilities

Partner with commercial and operational stakeholders to design and deliver intelligent systems that improve scalability across sales, marketing and business operations.
Build AI-powered internal tools, automations and workflows to drive operational efficiency.
Develop scalable platforms and systems to support business growth and commercial performance.
Lead and support growth-focused experiments leveraging AI and LLM technologies.
Deliver initiatives across SEO/AEO optimisation, web scraping and AI-generated content automation.
Design and develop integrations between internal products, third-party platforms and core business systems.
Take projects from concept through to production across a variety of technologies, tools and environments.

Skillset

At least 3 years’ experience in software engineering and full-stack product development within production environments.
Hands-on experience building and deploying AI/LLM-based solutions in real-world applications.
Strong grasp of data flow architecture and scalable system design principles.
Exposure to modern development stacks, including React, Python, Next.js, Sanity CMS and dbt.
Understanding of B2B sales processes and familiarity with marketing and sales automation tools.
Comfortable operating across multiple technologies, tools and problem domains.
Ability to execute quickly and effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
Prior experience in early-stage or scaling startup environments is highly desirable.
