This is a great opportunity for a senior-level ServiceNow professional who enjoys remaining hands-on technically while also taking ownership of platform delivery, mentoring other developers, and working closely with technical and business stakeholders.
The Role
As a Senior ServiceNow Developer, you will take a leading role across the full ServiceNow delivery lifecycle, including the design, development, deployment, and optimization of scalable applications, workflows, and integrations.
You will:
- Lead ServiceNow development and technical delivery across the platform
- Design and develop scalable workflows, applications, and integrations
- Work across modules including CSM and FSO
- Collaborate with architects, developers, and business stakeholders
- Mentor other ServiceNow developers and conduct code reviews
- Support deployments, upgrades, and ongoing platform improvements
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues
- Maintain strong ServiceNow development and governance best practices
- Support technical documentation, testing, and platform standards
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience
- Strong hands-on ServiceNow development skills
- 4+ years of experience across modules such as CSM and/or FSO
- Strong experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow development technologies
- Experience with ServiceNow integrations and custom development
- Previous experience mentoring or leading other developers
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform best practices and governance
- CSA and/or CAD certification preferred
- Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder
