    • Develop and maintain ServiceNow workflows, business rules, UI policies and client scripts.

    • Collaborate with HR stakeholders to understand business processes and requirements.

    • Implement and optimize HRSD processes to streamline and improve HR service delivery.

    • Integrate ServiceNow with other HR systems and external applications as needed.

    • Implement automation solutions to enhance efficiency and reduce manual processes.

    • Collaborate with ServiceNow administrators, architects and other developers to ensure seamless integration and functionality.

    • Create and maintain technical documentation related to ServiceNow configurations, customizations and integrations.

    • Document HRSD processes and workflows for reference and training purposes.



    Skillset

    • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology or similar.

    • Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer with a focus on HRSD.

    • Strong understanding of HR service delivery processes.

    • Experience with ServiceNow platform modules, including Incident Management, Request Management and Knowledge Management.

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
