Key Responsibilities

ServiceNow HRSD Developer
Location: Remote (Canada)
Employment Type: Long Term Contract
Our client, a growing Business Consulting firm, are hiring a ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) Developer to join their digital transformation team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, configuring, and customizing ServiceNow HRSD solutions that enhance the employee experience and streamline HR processes.
Responsibilities-
Design, develop and implement ServiceNow HRSD modules and applications, including Case and Knowledge Management, Employee Center, Lifecycle Events and related HR integrations.

Customize and configure the ServiceNow platform using best practices in scripting (client scripts, UI policies, business rules, flow designer etc.)

Collaborate with HR and IT stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.

Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and third-party HR systems (e.g. Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, etc.)

Ensure adherence to ServiceNow development standards, security policies and governance processes.

Conduct unit testing, UAT support and deploy solutions through established SDLC processes.

Troubleshoot issues, optimize performance and provide ongoing support for ServiceNow HRSD applications.

Stay current with ServiceNow platform releases and HRSD-related innovations to recommend improvements and enhancements.
Skillset-
At least 3 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer, with a minimum of 2 years in HR Service Delivery (HRSD).

Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture, scripting and configuration.

Hands-on experience with HRSD modules such as Case Management, Employee Center and Lifecycle Events.

Experience developing integrations via REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server and IntegrationHub.

Proficiency with JavaScript, HTML and AngularJS (or similar front-end technologies).

Solid understanding of HR processes and data structures.

Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g. Jira, Azure DevOps).

Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a remote, distributed team.

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - HRSD is a bonus.
