Our client, a leading ServiceNow Consulting and Implementation Partner, is hiring a ServiceNow Business Analyst to join their team on a contract basis. The successful candidate will work closely with IT, security and compliance teams to support ServiceNow implementation, enhance processes and ensure regulatory compliance within a high-profile financial institution.
Responsibilities

Engage with stakeholders to collect, document and evaluate business requirements for ServiceNow implementations.

Convert business needs into clear functional specifications and user stories.

Work closely with technical teams to assist in the design, development and rollout of ServiceNow modules.

Ensure ServiceNow solutions comply with regulatory standards and industry best practices.

Lead process enhancements and streamline workflows within the ServiceNow platform.

Conduct workshops, stakeholder meetings and training sessions to drive successful adoption of ServiceNow solutions.

Offer continuous support, maintain documentation and provide guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
Skillset
-
Proven experience as a Business Analyst working on ServiceNow projects.

In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, SecOps, IRM and ITOM.

Relevant business analysis certifications such as BCS, IIBA (ECBA, CCBA, CBAP), CSPO or equivalent.

Practical experience with Agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban) and/or PRINCE2 methodologies.

Strong stakeholder management skills, effectively translating business requirements into technical solutions.
