ServiceNow Stream Lead – SPM

Our client is a leading consulting firm specializing in enterprise-wide Service Management. With over 30 years of experience, they are the largest independent ServiceNow partner in the German-speaking region. They offer a high-level of Enterprise Service Management services, leveraging ServiceNow to automate and optimize IT and management processes effectively.

They are hiring a ServiceNow Stream Lead on an initial three-month contract to lead and manage the implementation of ServiceNow SPM solutions for large enterprise customers. The successful candidate will work with enterprise clients in SPM to guide and execute project plans effectively.

Responsibilities:

• As the ServiceNow Stream Lead, you will be responsible to implement SPM standard solutions, ensuring adherence to industry best practices.

• You will lead project teams, providing guidance and mentoring to junior resources.

• Facilitate workshops, conduct Requirements Engineering, and design processes aligned with project objectives.

• Utilize SCRUM, ITIL, and project leadership expertise to drive successful project outcomes.

• Effectively communicate and manage stakeholders at various levels, including C-Level executives.

Skillset:

• At least four years of experience working with large enterprise customers in SPM.

• Proficiency in ServiceNow and experience in introducing SPM standard solutions.

• CIS SPM/PPM certifications is a must.

• Strong skills in SCRUM, ITIL, project leadership and stakeholder management.

• Proven experience leading workshops, guiding junior resources and leading project teams.

• Ability to migrate existing SPM tools to ServiceNow is highly desired.

• Proficiency in German language is essential.
