Our client, a leading retail organization, are hiring a ServiceNow Business Analyst to join the team in New York on a contract basis. The successful candidate will be responsible to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements for ServiceNow implementations.

• Translate business needs into technical specifications.

• Work with technical teams to ensure alignment with client goals.

• Provide user support and facilitate change management.

Skillset

• Experience as a Business Analyst in ServiceNow projects.

• Strong analytical and documentation skills.

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
