The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of ServiceNow, particularly in CSDM (Common Service Data Model), CMDB (Configuration Management Database), and ITOM (IT Operations Management). A background in cloud migration is highly desirable, and proficiency in French or Dutch is a valuable bonus.


 

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee ServiceNow implementations, focusing on CSDM and CMDB frameworks.

  • Manage and optimize ITOM processes to improve operational efficiencies.

  • Drive cloud migration projects and ensure seamless integration within the ServiceNow environment.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to customize ServiceNow solutions that align with business objectives.

Skillset:
