Job Summary:

  5. FSM & TSM Customization: Customize FSM and TSM functionalities to meet specific business needs, ensuring a flawless user experience and process efficiency.

  6. Quality Assurance: Conduct rigorous testing and validation of FSM and TSM solutions, ensuring compliance with industry standards and exceeding client expectations.

  7. Training and Support: Empower end-users and client administrators with comprehensive training on FSM and TSM capabilities. Provide ongoing support and technical assistance to optimize performance.

Requirements:

  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

  2. Experience:

    • 3 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow FSM module.
    • 2 years of practical experience with ServiceNow TSM and TSOM modules.
    • 6 years of overall experience in ServiceNow platform.
    • 2 years of advising clients on ServiceNow implementations.
  3. Certifications:

    • Certified Implementation Specialist - FSM certification.
    • Certified Application Developer in ServiceNow.
    • Certified System Administrator in ServiceNow.
  4. Technical Skills:

    • Proficiency in ServiceNow FSM, TSM, and TSOM configuration, customization, and integration.
    • Advanced knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and web technologies.
    • Expertise in AI-driven automation and intelligent service management.

  • Demonstrate expertise in ServiceNow integration within the ITOM suite, including examples such as ServiceNow Discovery, MS-SCCM, Big Fix, Rapid7, Tanium etc.

  • Embrace a self-starter and proactive persona, taking the lead in providing both proactive and reactive leadership in diverse environments.

  • Comfortably navigate and work with ServiceNowā€™s Common Services Data Model (CSDM), applying it effectively in the course of duties.

  • Any background in vulnerability management, hardware asset management and software asset management is considered beneficial.

Overview:

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Technical Consultant to work hands on in the ServiceNow platform with projects focused on integrations with third party apps/platforms.

 

What will you be doing:

  • Collaborating closely with a team of professionals within the ServiceNow Development team & the ServiceNow Architect
  • Utilize your knowledge & work projects broadly integrating third party applications and platforms with ServiceNow
  • Split time 50/50 between being functional and technical
  • Help gather requirements and design ServiceNow solutions for external customers & stakeholders
  • Work on integration projects from start to finish, as well as modernizing the existing platform
