Your Role:
  • As a ServiceNow SPM Consultant, you will play a crucial role in delivering successful projects the company’s key clients.
  • You will be responsible for providing functional and technical advisory services to clients, focusing on ServiceNow's SPM (Service Portfolio Management) module.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their business requirements and translating them into effective solutions within the ServiceNow platform.
  • Conducting assessments and gap analyses to identify areas for improvement and optimization in demand management processes.
  • Configuring and customizing the ServiceNow platform to meet client's specific needs, ensuring efficient demand management workflows and processes.


Your Skillset:
  • Strong technical and functional skills in ServiceNow, with a focus on the SPM (Service Portfolio Management) module.
  • Experience in demand management within the ServiceNow platform is highly desirable.
  • Proven experience in providing functional and technical advisory services to clients, translating business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Ability to configure and customize the ServiceNow platform to meet client's specific needs.
  • Fluency in French, with proficiency in either Dutch or English.
  • Experience working in a consulting or professional services environment is preferred.


Contract Details:
  • 6-month initial contract.
  • The position can be part-time (1-3 days per week) or full-time.
  • Remote work is possible.
  • Maximum day rate of €850.

End client in the transport sector are looking for a CMDB Consultant.
  • Mix of configuration manager CMDB specialist with capacity to audit an existing CMDB
  • Used to conducting CMDB workshops
  • Relevant background in terms of infrastructure, configuration management, change management, process part of configuration management
  • Improve the quality of CMDB inventory data (Configuration Items Management Database).
  • Implement and track CMDB data quality control indicators.
  • Implement a CMDB data inventory plan.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards highlighting the health of our data.
  • Ensure compliance of inventory results with group requirements.
  • Ensure the smooth running of internal and/or external audits.
  • Contribute to the training and information of CMDB users.

Alldus International is currently recruiting for a daily rate contract based in Belgium (remote) for a ServiceNow ITAM Consultant

Required Qualifications

  • Demonstrated ability to influence and consult with clients, translating technical strategies to business outcomes and business outcomes to technical strategies
  • Proven consulting experience as a key technical resource leading the development and delivery of ITAM solutions in client environments; including prerequisite technologies such as CMDB, Common Services Data Models, SCCM, Discovery, Service Mapping, etc.
  • Expert level proficiency in ITAM produce line including current ITAM CIS certification(s)
  • Knowledge of ITIL, minimum foundation level (ideally higher)
  • Strong ownership, accountability, and attention to detail in all work efforts
  • Superior maturity, professionalism, and judgment; ability to excel with minimum supervision
  • Ability to travel 10% of the time

Experience 

  • 5+ years working on the ServiceNow platform or 8+ years of Industry experience
  • Working knowledge of IT Asset Management processes (hardware and software)
  • ITIL Foundations Certification
  • IAITAM Certification
  • Expert working

Requirements

  • You offer professional experience in software development, technology consulting and/or system integration.

  • In addition to technical skills, you also have professional experience, ideally in IT service management, HR and/or CS.

  • You have analytical and conceptual skills and enjoy being the interface between IT and business.

  • You have a successfully completed university degree.

  • You are business fluent in German and have a good command of English.

  • Travelling within the DACH region for consulting projects is not a no-go for you.
