Job Description:

As a ServiceNow Elite, we implement state of the art solutions for medium and large organizations - with a focus on ITSM, CSM, SecOps & HRSD. 

To support our growth, we are looking for ServiceNow Solution Consultants, who can straddle both business requirements and technology implementations to deliver Digital Workflow solutions, for different locations in Germany.

Job scope:

The ServiceNow Solution Consultant role is one of the core components in all of our implementations. This role encompasses aspects of Business Process Subject Matter Expertise and technical experience with ServiceNow and its integration to other platforms.

Location: Germany

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the functional subject matter expert of ServiceNow platform and product functionality.

  • Work with subject matter experts to identify areas of improvement, recommend solutions and engage in solution implementation.

  • Promote continuous process improvement practices through process best practices, metrics/KPIs, dashboards and role accountabilities.

  • Responsible for design of the end-to-end solution during implementation

  • Conduct design reviews and implementation quality assurance

  • Demonstrate solutions to our clients

  • Participate in RFPs/RFQs and provide technology solution content and audit existing client implementations and recommend enhancements

 

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

  • 1-3 years working in IT consulting or Customer support organizations and 1-3 years experience working as a technical consultant or business analyst in the delivery or implementation of ServiceNow

  • 1-3  years experience in implementing and aligning business processes to the ITIL best practices

  • ServiceNow CSA certification plus at least 1 further ServiceNow mainline certifications (like any CIS, CAD, CAS)

  • Fluent in English, and German

•     Experience in agile software development and ability to drive the requirements gathering process with both technical and business partners

Desired Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of experience with designing ServiceNow Workflows (in areas like IT, Employee, Customer, Create/former App Engine)

  • 1+ years of experience with ServiceNow integrations

  • Basic understanding of SQL, JavaScript, XML and web-based technologies is a plus

  • Knowledge of the complete ServiceNow Platform and Workflow solution
