Responsibilities

  • Lead customer conversations to understand business challenges and align ServiceNow solutions accordingly.
  • Deliver compelling presales demos and presentations showcasing the value of ServiceNow.
  • Develop and refine presales materials, including decks and documentation.
  • Provide solution consulting and contribute to ServiceNow solution design to support sales efforts.
  • Work closely with sales and technical teams to drive opportunities from presales to closure.



Skillset

  • Experience in ServiceNow solution consulting, presales, or technical sales.
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities and best practices.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience in solution design (without needing to be an architect).
