The successful candidate will enhance ServiceNow HRSM by automating HR processes, customizing the HR module and developing custom widgets for the Service Portal.


Responsibilities

  • As the ServiceNow Developer, you will work on HR Service Management such as HR Services, Lifecycle Events, Employee Service Center, Service Portal, Integration PeopleSoft.

  • You will be involved in automation of various processes within HR department, including Card Management, Compensation, Benefits and Workforce Administration.

  • Service Portal development including custom widgets for navigation, landing pages, managing favourites and AI Search results

  • Configuration, customization and enhancement of the ServiceNow HR module according to the company's specific requirements.

  • Development and implementation of customized workflows, forms, and notifications to efficiently support HR processes

  • Integration of the ServiceNow HR module with other systems and data sources to ensure seamless data exchange

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot system errors and technical issues in collaboration with other team members and stakeholders


 
Skillset

  • Several years of experience in ServiceNow development, particularly in the HR module.

  • Extensive knowledge of configuring, customizing and extending ServiceNow modules, ideally with a focus on the HR module

  • Understanding of HR processes and requirements, especially in the context of a large enterprise

  • Experience integrating ServiceNow with other systems and data sources

  • Strong knowledge of troubleshooting issues in ServiceNow

  • Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders in an understandable manner

  • Ability to work in a team and collaborate effectively in an agile environment
