The successful candidate will play a key role in enhancing and optimising the ServiceNow platform, with a focus on ITSM modules, dashboard development and performance analytics.


Responsibilities

  • Develop, design and provide ongoing support for ITSM modules within the ServiceNow platform.

  • Maintain and enhance the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

  • Create effective and insightful Performance Analytics dashboards to drive data-informed decisions.

  • Assist with configuration, customisation and administration of the ServiceNow environment.

  • Work closely with internal stakeholders and end-users to understand requirements and deliver solutions.

  • Proactively suggest improvements to optimise platform performance and functionality.



Skillset

  • Demonstrated practical experience in developing and managing ServiceNow ITSM solutions.

  • In-depth expertise in Configuration Management Database (CMDB) management, Performance Analytics and dashboard design.

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is mandatory.

  • Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification is a plus.

  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams.

  • French language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Configure and tailor ServiceNow CSM and FSM modules across on-premise, cloud and hybrid environments.

  • Design and implement secure, scalable, and high-performance solutions that elevate customer and field service operations.

  • Build and maintain integrations with external systems using REST, SOAP, Integration Hub and other APIs.
