Alldus is hiring on behalf of a ServiceNow Partner for an experienced ServiceNow Solutions Architect with deep expertise in Human Resources Service Delivery. This is a high-impact opportunity to drive strategic HR transformation initiatives on the ServiceNow platform, optimizing employee experience and HR operations across the United States.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and architecture of ServiceNow HRSD solutions aligned with enterprise HR strategies and business objectives.
- Partner with stakeholders to assess current HR processes and define future-state workflows using ServiceNow best practices.
- Translate business requirements into scalable and maintainable HRSD architecture and configurations.
- Oversee the implementation and integration of HR modules, ensuring alignment with organizational policies and data models.
- Provide technical and functional guidance to development teams and business process consultants.
- Support governance, change management, and platform optimization initiatives.
- 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience, including 3+ years focused on HRSD.
- Proven experience as a ServiceNow Solutions Architect or Technical Lead on large-scale HRSD implementations.
- Strong understanding of HR business processes, employee lifecycle management, and case/knowledge management.
- Experience with integrations between ServiceNow HRSD and external HR systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors).
- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- ServiceNow certifications in HRSD or related modules, including CIS-HRSD certification.

The successful candidate will be tasked with designing, developing and executing test plans, test cases and test scripts for ServiceNow platforms and modules, ensuring functionality through functional, regression, integration and end-to-end testing.
Responsibilities

Develop comprehensive test plans, cases, and scripts tailored to various ServiceNow modules like ITSM, ITOM, and CSM.
