ServiceNow ITAM Business Analyst

Our client are hiring a ServiceNow HAM Business Analyst to function as a HAM (Hardware Asset Management) Analyst. This position will be a full-time and remote contract opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Play a crucial role in bridging the gap between the Hardware Asset Management (HAM) user team, the ServiceNow technical development (ITSM) team, and other stakeholders
• Provide practical training and step-by-step how-to instruction aimed at enhancing knowledge and increasing adoption of standard hardware asset processes through the continued use of ServiceNow HAM Pro and related functions through the performance of items like: formal functional overviews, user manual and documentation creation, field/function/data inter-dependency identification and mapping, UAT test guidance, Platform Upgrade test guidance, etc.
• Provide industry standard best-practice recommendations governed by an out-of-the-box objective to assist our client in working towards and achieving its IT Asset Management (ITAM) maturity goals
• Identify and propose solutions to address systems, resource, and/or skills gaps required to maintain current and future ITAM states
• Assist in incident analysis, enhancement requirements analysis/demand creation, test case creation and execution, and basic report creation

Skillset

• 4+ years of experience in ServiceNow
• Hardware Asset Management (HAM) experience
• ServiceNow HAM experience
• ITAM experience
• Must have great communication skills
• Current ServiceNow certifications (CSA, etc.)
