Our client is committed to providing tech-enabled integrated care for patients with heart failure. We believe in our obligation to translate state-of-the-art technologies into better clinical care and to make such technologies accessible to patients of all backgrounds and means. Despite the proliferation of wearable devices, these are not always available to those in most need, and how to introduce such devices within the clinical practice remains unknown. As such, hundreds of thousands of patients with heart failure experience unnecessary and preventable hospitalizations every year. Their mission is to empower patients and healthcare providers by discovering how to translate metrics from such devices into clinically meaningful measures and enable state-of-the art care for all.

The Product Manager is responsible for understanding consumer (member, customer/employer, provider) needs and business objectives to drive development of consumer facing digital products/experiences. Builds, maintains and optimizes our solution experiences in support of our consumers. This role is accountable for the product roadmap and partners with technology teams to deliver on the roadmap and influence end-state architecture and experiences. Leverages user research and analytics to build and optimize our user experience.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Create or refine our product vision
  • Develop a deep understanding of user needs, and problems
  • Gather input from key internal stakeholders in clinical, commercial, operations, and UX
  • Taking into account inputs from internal and external sources, develop and communicate a roadmap that meets the product vision and delivers on business objectives
  • Identify and prioritize features to meet the product vision
  • Work with the UX and development teams, create specifications, requirements and designs for those new features
  • Serve as a product owner, working closely with the development and UX teams to deliver features and tasks as part of an agile sprint process
  • Analyze the impact of changes, and incorporate learnings into the product roadmap
  • Manage a diverse set of stakeholders, and have to make and communicate challenging prioritization decisions


  • 3-5 years of product management experience (or equivalent)
  • Experience leading Agile teams in the role of product owner, and have a strong understanding of Agile processes
  • Data and research driven in your approach on making product and prioritization decisions
  • Excellent communication skills and offer strong stakeholder management skills
  • Intellectually flexible and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Led an innovation team, or have experience using lean processes would be a bonus
  • Have a background in healthcare, and/or online health would also be a major plus
