  • Our client, an elite ServiceNow partner, are hiring a ServiceNow developer who specializes in GRC and SecOps to join the team on a contract basis. If you have a strong background within ServiceNow and have previously implemented GRC and SecOps, we want to hear from you!


    Responsibilities

    • Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow GRC and SecOps solutions based on business requirements.

    • Configure workflows, forms, and service portals to optimize the customer service experience.

    • Customize GRC and SecOps features.

    • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather technical requirements and provide tailored solutions.

    • Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and performance tuning for GRC and SecOps modules.

    • Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance for the ServiceNow GRC and SecOps environment.



    Skillset

    • 5+years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer, with a focus on GRC and SecOps implementations.

    • Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and best practices.

    • Proven experience in configuring and customizing the GRC and SecOps module, including case management, customer portals, and knowledge management.

    • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Scripting, including JavaScript, and API integrations.

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.

    • Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote setting.
