  • Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is hiring an experienced German-speaking ServiceNow CMDB Architect to join the team in Frankfurt on a contract basis.  The successful candidate will join a large-scale ITSM and ServiceNow transformation programme, taking a leading role in the design, implementation and enhancement of CMDB capabilities while collaborating with both technical teams and business stakeholders across German and English-speaking environments.


    Responsibilities

    • Lead CMDB strategy, implementation, optimization and governance initiatives.

    • Configure, administer and enhance the ServiceNow CMDB platform.

    • Ensure CMDB data quality, accuracy, compliance and governance standards are maintained.

    • Design and implement CI class structures, relationships, identification, and reconciliation rules.

    • Support and optimize ServiceNow Discovery and Service Mapping capabilities.

    • Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and external systems.

    • Collaborate with infrastructure, application and service management teams to improve asset and configuration visibility.

    • Troubleshoot and resolve CMDB-related technical issues.

    • Define, document, and continuously improve CMDB operational processes and procedures.

    • Facilitate workshops and engage directly with German-speaking stakeholders.



    Skillset

    • Fluent in both German and English, written and spoken.

    • Proven experience in roles such as CMDB Specialist, CMDB Architect or ServiceNow CMDB Consultant.

    • Strong hands-on expertise in configuring and administering ServiceNow CMDB.

    • Solid experience with Discovery, Service Mapping and Configuration Management best practices.

    • Strong knowledge of CI modelling, relationship mapping, identification and reconciliation processes.

    • Experience implementing CMDB governance frameworks and data quality controls.

    • Good understanding of ITIL and broader IT Service Management processes.

    • Experience delivering large-scale enterprise transformation programmes.

    • Strong problem-solving skills with excellent stakeholder management capabilities.

    • ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CIS-CMDB, CIS-Discovery are an advantage.

  • Our client, a growing Digital Transformation consulting firm, are hiring a ServiceNow SecOps Architect to join the team in Munich, Germany on a part-time contract. The successful candidate will work with a major enterprise client on a high-profile transformation initiative centred on SecOps and GRC capabilities.


    Responsibilities

    • Lead the architecture and design of ServiceNow SecOps and GRC solutions.

    • Define scalable and secure technical architectures aligned to enterprise requirements.

    • Drive the implementation of Security Incident Response (SIR), Vulnerability Response (VR) and Additional GRC capabilities.

    • Collaborate with customer stakeholders, technical teams and delivery partners across the full project lifecycle.

    • Experience working in "telco-like" environments is highly desirable, particularly across Complex routing and networking environments, Highly interconnected platforms and services, and High-availability data centre infrastructures.

    • Strong stakeholder engagement, communication and consulting capabilities.

    • German language skills are a big plus.

  • ServiceNow HRSD Developer
    Location: Remote (Canada)
    Employment Type: Long Term Contract 


    Our client, a growing Business Consulting firm, are hiring a ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) Developer to join their digital transformation team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, configuring, and customizing ServiceNow HRSD solutions that enhance the employee experience and streamline HR processes.


    Responsibilities

    • Design, develop and implement ServiceNow HRSD modules and applications, including Case and Knowledge Management, Employee Center, Lifecycle Events and related HR integrations.

    • Customize and configure the ServiceNow platform using best practices in scripting (client scripts, UI policies, business rules, flow designer etc.)

    • Collaborate with HR and IT stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.

    • Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and third-party HR systems (e.g. Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, etc.)

    • Ensure adherence to ServiceNow development standards, security policies and governance processes.

    • Conduct unit testing, UAT support and deploy solutions through established SDLC processes.

    • Troubleshoot issues, optimize performance and provide ongoing support for ServiceNow HRSD applications.

    Skillset

    • At least 3 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer, with a minimum of 2 years in HR Service Delivery (HRSD).

    • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture, scripting and configuration.

    • Hands-on experience with HRSD modules such as Case Management, Employee Center and Lifecycle Events.

    • Experience developing integrations via REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server and IntegrationHub.

    • Proficiency with JavaScript, HTML and AngularJS (or similar front-end technologies).

    • Solid understanding of HR processes and data structures.

    • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g. Jira, Azure DevOps).

    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a remote, distributed team.

    • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - HRSD is a bonus.

  • ServiceNow CSM Technical Consultant
