Position: ServiceNow FSM & TSM Architect $100-110/hr
As a ServiceNow FSM & TSM Architect at Alldus International, you will be an integral part of our dynamic team, responsible for designing and implementing advanced solutions in ServiceNow's Field Service Management (FSM) and Telecom Service Management (TSM) & Telecom Service Optimization (TSOM) modules. Leveraging your expertise in ServiceNow and certified qualifications, you will lead transformative projects and elevate our clients' service delivery capabilities.
FSM & TSM Solution Design: Utilize your profound knowledge of ServiceNow FSM, TSM, and TSOM modules to craft visionary architectural designs. Develop comprehensive roadmaps for FSM and TSM implementation projects, empowering clients to revolutionize their service management processes.
Technical Consultation: Offer expert guidance and recommendations to clients on ServiceNow FSM, TSM, and TSOM best practices. Advise stakeholders on innovative solutions that optimize their service delivery workflows.
Implementation Leadership: Lead the end-to-end implementation of FSM and TSM projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution. Drive the successful integration of FSM, TSM, and TSOM modules to achieve unified service management excellence.
Customization and Development: Leverage your Certified Application Developer expertise to create customized applications and workflows within ServiceNow. Implement intelligent automation and AI-driven functionalities to enhance FSM and TSM capabilities.
Requirements Gathering: Collaborate closely with clients and business analysts to gather requirements, translating business needs into actionable technical specifications. Ensure that FSM and TSM solutions meet and exceed client expectations.
Integration and Optimization: Integrate FSM and TSM modules with existing systems and third-party applications to establish a robust service ecosystem. Optimize the performance of FSM and TSM functionalities to deliver exceptional service experiences.
Quality Assurance: Conduct rigorous testing and validation of FSM and TSM solutions to guarantee flawless performance and adherence to industry standards.
Training and Support: Provide comprehensive training to end-users and client administrators, enabling them to maximize the potential of FSM and TSM capabilities. Offer ongoing support and technical assistance to ensure smooth operations.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow FSM module.
- At least 2 years of practical experience with ServiceNow TSM and TSOM modules.
- Over 6 years of overall experience in ServiceNow platform.
- Certified Implementation Specialist – FSM certification.
- Certified Application Developer in ServiceNow.
- Certified System Administrator in ServiceNow.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow FSM, TSM, and TSOM configuration, customization, and integration.
- Expertise in AI-driven automation and intelligent service management.
